Therapeutic communication guidelines, psychosocial stages of development, suicide assessment risks, and any nursing plan you coud ever want for mental illness. If you have a teaching plan, a interpersonal record of communication, a psychosocial assessment and treatment plan, or a mental status exam, this is what you want to be using.
This book was a life saver during my Psych rotation for Nursing School. The sections were broken down easily, and the NANDA diagnoses and interventions were very helpful. I don't think I would have survived my care plans without it. Honestly, we had this book and the full-sized book, and this book provided enough information that I did not even need the other.10/10 would recommend!
My book has a mistake that some pages are double printed and some pages are omitted. I would love to exchange it for a correct copy but I can't find that option. If it weren't for that I would recommend it.

I bought it new and it came dirty looking with scuffs and smears all over it.
This book came with appendix A & B missing completely from the book and instead a chapter repeated. Please check all pages are included when you receive book. I just had to return my book and hopefully my next one will come complete.
